I went to Madurai last week, and while I was there, I remembered about a video I hadn’t yet uploaded. So here it is!
Amy’s grandmother, Henny always likes to comment about animals that “Oh, they just like to be petted….” despite her complaining about how they are messy, and take up too much time and energy, and she doesn’t like pets. Well, this time, the animals are returning the favor and are petting Amy instead of the other way around….

Looks like the elephants have been trained to do the traditional Hindu bessing, where you bow your head and are acknowledged with a pat on the head, and hopefully a silent blessing being said.
