Well, my silly moving around is almost over…. I’m currently in front of a free internet kiosk killing time in the Singapore airport. Unfortunately, the Wi-Fi is not free, so I can’t use my own computer, which would have been ideal, but this seems to be fine anyway….
I got my visa stuff taken care of pretty smoothly. I just had a short wait while my information was reviewed, then went back to the Consulate later in the evening to get my passport. So, I guess I’ll be working legally now.
The CA trip was a bit of a beef overload. Peter was obviously skeptical that I was indeed getting beef in Chennai, so he bought pounds and pounds of different types of beef. Ground beef… sirloins… filet tails… Must say, it was pretty good times, though at the same time somewhat obscene….
So, anyway. My wandering is almost over and I’ll be in my other home soon. I’m off to the “Oasis” to recline in one of their plush chairs while I wait for my final flight….
